Ingredients

- 1 pack Country Victualler pork sausage rolls
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 1 tsp wholegrain mustard (optional)
- 1 egg (beaten, for glazing)
- Pinch of black pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C).
- Place sausage rolls onto a lined baking tray.
- Brush lightly with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until pastry is crisp and golden.
