Ingredients

  • 1 pack Country Victualler pork sausage rolls
  • 1 tbsp runny honey
  • 1 tsp wholegrain mustard (optional)
  • 1 egg (beaten, for glazing)
  • Pinch of black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (fan 160°C).
  2. Place sausage rolls onto a lined baking tray.
  3. Brush lightly with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until pastry is crisp and golden.
  5. Warm the honey slightly and mix with mustard if using.
  6. Brush over sausage rolls for the final 5 minutes of cooking.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
